- Diffusion MRI microstructure modeling — End-to-end pipelines including NODDI-Bingham and large-scale GPU/HPC workflows.
- Low-field MRI biomarkers — Texture-based and volumetric markers evaluating low-field MRI sensitivity in neurologic and substance use disorder applications.
- Multimodal MRI pipelines — Reproducible preprocessing and QC workflows for dMRI, fMRI, ASL, and structural MRI using standardized toolchains.
