Research

My work focuses on neuroimaging methods, MRI biomarker development, and scalable analysis pipelines for multimodal datasets.

Current Topics

Diffusion MRI microstructure modeling

I work on end-to-end diffusion MRI pipelines, including advanced modeling approaches such as NODDI-Bingham and large-scale GPU/HPC workflows.

Low-field MRI biomarkers

I study texture-based and volumetric imaging markers to evaluate the sensitivity of low-field MRI in neurologic and substance use disorder applications.

Multimodal MRI pipelines

I build reproducible preprocessing and quality-control workflows for diffusion MRI, fMRI, ASL, and structural MRI using standardized neuroimaging toolchains.
